We value your time and the time of our professionals. To ensure we can serve all our clients fairly, we maintain the following cancellation and refund policies.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the slot to another client on our waiting list.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service value.
Services rendered at StepUp Unisex Salon are non-refundable. However, if you are not completely satisfied with the result of your service, please let us know within 48 hours. We are committed to making it right and will offer a complimentary corrective service if necessary.
Retail products purchased at our salon can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unopened and in their original packaging with a valid receipt.
If you are arriving late, please call us. We will try our best to accommodate you, but please understand that arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or require rescheduling to avoid affecting other appointments.
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be marked as a "No-Show." Future bookings for No-Show accounts may require a non-refundable deposit.
